Returns & Exchange Policy
Proof of Purchase
Items valid for exchange or return must be accompanied by the original official receipt or printed email order confirmation receipt.
Valid Returns
Products being exchanged or returned must be:
- Only items purchased from www.healthcaredepot.ph.
- Unopened, unused, undamaged, or unaltered items
- Complete with original product tags and packaging, including price tags if available.
Faulty item or wrong product received
- If you received an item which was not what you ordered, we will arrange for the pickup and replacement of your order free of charge.
- If you received an item which you believe has a manufacturer's defect or is faulty upon delivery, please read our Warranty information and instructions. We will arrange for the pick-up and replacement or repair of your order free of charge.
Invalid Returns
- If items are returned and they do not meet the above conditions, or they are returned with physical damage to the item or product packaging, have been used, worn, or altered in any way, HCD reserves the right to cancel the return/ refund process.
Cash Refunds
Healthcare Depot Philippines does not offer cash refunds. We will refund your order based on the payment method used. As an alternative, you may exchange the item for a similarly priced item. In cases where the chosen product has a higher value than the item for refund, the client shall shoulder the difference. In cases wherein the chosen product has a lesser value than the amount to be refunded, no change shall be given.
Refunds on undelivered items
If you experience an incomplete delivery, or a missing item from your order, you may follow this up with Customer Service at customerservice@healthcaredepot.ph. Kindly allow us 2-3 days to investigate the issue and schedule a new dispatch for the concerned product.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver the product, you may be offered an alternative as replacement, an E-Gift Card credit to the same value for use toward any future purchase valid in any of our HCD stores nationwide, or a refund to the credit card or payment method used.
Processing Time
We process refund request as quickly as possible. However, banks and payment providers have their own guidelines for processing at their end.
General guidelines for timeframe to clear funds are:
Visa, Mastercard - Within 5-15 days or up to 30 days depending on your bank
PayPal - Immediate or within 24 hours
PayMaya/ GCash - Within 5-15 days
Installment Purchases
Should you choose an E-Gift Card or Gift Card as the method to facilitate the exchange and refund of a qualified product, this can be issued in real time and may be used immediately for purchase at any Healthcare Depot store.
We are unable to offer refunds or Account credits on orders wherein customers have entered erroneous delivery details. Kindly ensure that your address and other relevant details are correct before confirming your order at check out.
All sales are final and non-refundable unless they fall within the conditions stated above.
